MEET OUR
GENERAL MANAGER

Katy Kerr
Originally from Northern Michigan, Katy started working in restaurants from her first job at 15 and quickly fell in love with the fast-paced environment and opportunity to regularly engage with new people. After earning her Bachelor of Arts in French from Central Michigan University in 2015, Katy worked in Paris, FR for a year and enjoyed traveling extensively during this time and in the years to follow; she always returned, though, to the restaurant and hospitality industry, knowing it would feel like home. Katy relocated to Indianapolis in June 2018 and started working for Gallery Pastry Shop in April 2021 after being an impressed customer. Over time, she moved into leadership roles and was given the opportunity to become General Manager in July 2022. The incredibly supportive team environment, the Broad Ripple community, and the European inspiration have made this an irreplaceable workplace in Katy's eyes and she is proud to serve those around her.
MEET THE
EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF

Scott Weiss
Scott's culinary background and love for the farm to table concept began with his grandparent's farm in northern Indiana. Scott started making pizzas in his teens which made him realize how much he appreciates where each ingredient came from. This appreciation grew during his time working at Oakley's Bistro and Tinker Street. Since becoming a chef at Gallery Pastry Shop in September of 2019, Scott has developed an even deeper passion for Indy's restaurant industry and each guest's experience. When he is not cooking or crafting interesting creations like mushroom ice cream, Scott enjoys playing the bass, keyboard, organ, and producing his own music. Customers can expect to see Scott at each Gallery Pastry location, overseeing the savory culinary programs.
